Renters must furnish a Certificate of General Liability and Property Damage Insurance (for a minimum of one million dollars per occurrence) holding Laughing Canyon as additionally insured.
Alcohol: Alcohol may be served for 4 hours for a 5 hour event.
Renter shall furnish an additional insurance policy holding Laughing
Canyon as additionally insured. Standard alcohol allowance to be
served and consumed is beer, wine and champagne. Signature
cocktails are negotiable. Renter shall hire a bartender to serve drinks
and monitor intoxication.
Deposits: 50% deposits are required to reserve event date and time.
The remaining balance is due by or before three weeks before the
Cancellations: Reservation cancellations are fully refundable 6
months prior to event. Months 6 to 2 are 50% refundable.
Decorating: Use of staples, tacks and nails are not permitted on any
structures or vegetation. All stakes for tent structures shall be fully
embedded. Balloons, confetti, wick candles, fuels and hazardous
materials are prohibited. Lights, lanterns, battery operated candles,
garlands, flower arrangements and live plants are all allowed.
Fires must be confined to existing fire pit and barbeque pit.
Clean-up: Clean up shall occur during reservation hours. Clean
up is typically 2 hour at the end of the event or the morning following. Buildings, trailer and grounds shall be left free of debris from event. All recyclables and trash shall be placed in provided containers. Deliveries and pick-up of rentals shall be the same day as event. See Clean Up check list for specific instructions.
Damages: Damages incurred in the use of Laughing Canyon will be
paid for either with a held Damage Deposit. Damage not covered by the deposit will have the required amount billed to Renter for the cost of repair including materials and hourly rate.
